Little Elm High School’s Class of 2026 Top Ten graduates represent more than academic excellence—they reflect the well-rounded opportunities and experiences available across our campus.

Little Elm ISD announces the retirement of Athletic Director Michael Young after five years of leadership in the District. With a career spanning more than three decades in public education, Young leaves behind a legacy of growth, progress, and pride in Lobo athletics.

For the first time in school history, the Little Elm High School boys basketball team has done what no other athletic program has accomplished before—bringing home a state championship. This story isn’t just about the final score in San Antonio—it’s about the journey from day one, and the belief that helped a team build something from the ground up.

The District’s Art Show drew parents and community members Tuesday night for an inspiring evening of student creativity. The exhibition featured a wide range of artwork—including acrylics, watercolors, mixed media, photography, and sculpture—highlighting the talent and imagination of students across the District.

At Prestwick Elementary, Rhonda Donaldson, campus STEM Influencer, has been intentional about weaving science, technology, engineering, and math into reading and writing. Her goal? Make STEM purposeful — embedded within literacy, inquiry, and real-world problem solving.

For the first time, College Board has selected Little Elm High School to receive the bronze AP Honor Roll and AP Access Award recognition. LEHS is one of 1,587 schools in Texas to earn the Bronze level AP School honor and one of 862 schools to earn a place for the first time in 2025.
